About DiVnity

Every young person deserves to feel safe, respected, supported, and capable of growth.

Our residential model

A setting built for individual attention

Each DiVnity residence is a home-like setting that supports individualized attention, consistent routines, close communication, and care that can respond to developmental and clinical needs without recreating an institutional environment.

DiVnity operates Youth Behavioral Health Residential Facility services licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services, delivered within applicable licensure, resident-rights, payer, documentation, staffing, and quality requirements.

Our clinical team

A multidisciplinary team, built around every young person

Rather than a single caregiver, every resident is supported by a coordinated team spanning clinical, medical, and direct-care disciplines. In keeping with our commitment to resident and family privacy, we highlight the breadth of expertise available rather than publishing individual staff profiles — names and photos are shared only with a team member's consent.

Behavioral Health Professionals(BHPs)

Lead assessment, individualized treatment planning, and therapeutic services.

Psychiatrists

Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic clarity, and medication oversight.

Family Nurse Practitioners

Support medical and psychiatric care planning alongside the clinical team.

Registered Nurses(RNs)

Oversee medication administration, health monitoring, and nursing care.

Case Managers

Coordinate guardians, payers, schools, and community and aftercare resources.

Behavioral Health Technicians(BHTs)

Provide 24/7 direct supervision, daily support, and consistent adult guidance.
